Terms & ConditionsIf an order is taking longer than expected to get to you, please call the restaurant you ordered from directly. Their telephone number is in your order confirmation email. During busy times delivery can take longer than estimated.

Please note that 2GoOnline is the company that takes the orders online and transmits the orders to the restaurant. The restaurant that receives the order is responsible for preparing the food, its delivery and quality. If you have an issue with the food you have received then you should contact the restaurant directly. Their telephone number is in your order confirmation email.
If you have placed and order and feel something has gone wrong with the order process, for example, not receiving your order, then please contact the 2GoOnline customer services by emailing email@example.com Please detail your name, restaurant, date of order and specific problem.
Returns and Cancelations
Once an online order has been made and submitted to the restaurant, it will not be possible to change, amend or cancel your order. This is because the order is processed and cooked straight away by the restaurant. Credit card refunds will be issued if goods are not delivered due to a fault with the restaurant ordering system. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to request a refund. Please detail your name, restaurant, date of order and specific problem.
Price and Payment
Prices quoted include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated once we know the delivery address. This could be an additional charge on top of the product price. While we make every effort to accurately describe each product and price them correctly on the websites, errors can creep in. We therefore cannot guarantee the information displayed is totally error free. If the restaurant discovers a pricing error before fulfilment of your order, they will contact you to confirm if you would still like the food at the correct price. 2GoOnline is under no obligation to compensate you in respect of incorrect pricing.
